Hello dear Fool's Garden fan,

is there something better, when the sky is brightly blue, than sitting in front of the computer and writing a newsletter?
Really nothing!
Summer is approaching and it's just time for a short update again.
There are some new appointments and most of all also some new songs for the next album.
Volker and I had a short stay in Mallorca at the beginning of May, for writing new songs with free head, far from the phone and the commitments. And it was very profitable, altough the weather was awful in that wonderful island.
Four new songs came up and are really very good.
Mallorca? You ask. Are you crazy for going in holiday to the 17th German region?
We too thought at the beginning, if we had to go really there (Ballermann and so! ), but sincerely: this jewel is a wonderful little pieces of Earth and Ballermann itself (where we have been as well - even if only for a short time, then I've been immediately recognized by a woman from our village "Peder, was machsch en du do!" - Peter, what are you doing here!) is only a little zone of the island. Mallorca is always related immediately to it.
Unfortunately those five days passed too fast and we are here again now and we already go on with the work of preparation for the new album.

Concerning the fanclub party , there's now a date: it will take place on September 3rd. It's not clear yet where, but it will be reported to you at the right time. Anja and Julia from the German fanclub will organize it and inform you about everything.

In the meanwhile the appointment for the show on RTL taped on May 25th has been confirmed, it will be broadcasted on June 5th. We received a visit of RTL team in our studio the other week, for taping a little feature for the show. You can find a couple of pix on the homepage. There are some of Mallorca, too.

If you want to assure you a visit to the backstage at a concert of your choice, you can try out current competition on the homepage. And with a little luck you'll have soon the chance to experience a show from a totally different perspective.

A little time before writing this newsletter we got a very sad news. A long time friend of ours, Gundars Mausevics from Brainstorm <http://www.brainstorm.lv> , died in a tragical car accident last week at the age of 29.
World has lost an extraordinary person.
Our condolences to his family and friends.
